I am strongly opposed to the proposal to have natural resources on private as well as public land be monitored, regulated or taxed In any manner by any government or non-government entity. Natural assets are not given by men but by God and no one has the right to harness them for taxation or any other reason. The government is the largest landowner and already regulates natural resources such as water, oil and gas.
