I wholeheartedly oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09. This bill is a heavy detriment to conservation and private property rights on individuals, agricultural assets and conservation efforts. The passing of this rule risks not only the long term ecological health of affected areas caused by overwhelming and inefficient big corp and government regulation, but hurts healthy and diverse economic growth by hindering agricultural job opportunity, commodity variety and recreational opportunities for consumers. This rule hurts hardworking Americans and incentivizes the top 1%. It contradicts “going green” by causing inadequate and inefficient big company regulation of natural resources. It also indirectly contradicts the democracy our country was founded on and strongly encourages Fascist-like property and natural resource take over. I strongly oppose this rule.
