I am opposed to the introduction of NACs and the financial interests of Wall Street and or hedge fund managers, investors, or the like putting values, investing in, or trading in any nature the natural resources that are owned by no man or entity. It is ludicrous and repulsive that this proposal uses the agriculture industry to push through erroneous disinformation in order to justify their means pushing and attempting to force their agendas in the interest of financial greed onto the backs of producers in this country. The irony of blaming the agriculture industry for degradation of soil and abundant use of resources is laughable coming from those that live in sky scrapers and are constantly expanding building projects using up said natural resources in the name of growth. The expansion of homes, buildings, highway systems, bridges, as well as the rapidly expanding human population migrating to the west has wrecked havoc on eco systems, corridors, winter ranges, and sanctuary areas for wildlife. If it wasn’t for agriculture and the refusal of some to sell out to urban sprawl development projects, as well as conservation efforts to ensure the actual sustainability (not some made up term for environmental activism) there would be no areas where said natural resources still exist. Wall-street nor investors have any business introducing this proposal as they are the fundamental reason there are constant disruptions and instability in the true commodities markets. With that said I want to reiterate my opposition to opening the Pandora’s box (Ponzi scheme)to investors both foreign and domestic or control with regard to lands and natural resources on available on said lands.
