Dear SEC, Thank you for taking a moment to consider the serious impact of the proposed rule for the creation of the Natural Asset Company. “Monetizing Nature” enables private corporations to own our air and water? How can one even consider this? I strongly oppose such a rule, enabling the creation of the NAC. By doing so, you are giving this company the holding rights to all ecological performances. Opening the door for private licenses to corporations in order to manage of both public and private lands. This should not pass through! I employ you to think of your family members, friends people whom rely upon you to safeguard all citizen's. Time is of the essence to make a good decision. Rescinding the idea of creating the Natural Asset Company, is a good decision. Thank you for making the right decision for all of humanity.
