Dear Sirs and/or Madams, I oppose this without reservation. I do not support or endorse selling off or selling out the USA. The rights of our land, air & water of our country should never be owned by or sold to any other foreign country, company or individual regardless of the intended use or purpose. SR-NYSE-2023-09 is to be thoroughly rejected lest the entirety of the USA becomes collateral owned eventually by those who wish us harm. This country was founded by people getting away from a monarchy which owned everything - let's not act as if the CB and SEC now stand in for monarchy. Please do the right, moral thing for our country and the future of our children. Say NO to this rule and prohibit anything like this. Thank you.
