I whole heartedly oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09. This bill is a heavy detriment to conservation and private property rights on individuals, agricultural assets and conservation efforts. The passing of this rule risks not only the long term ecological health of affected areas caused by overwhelming and inefficient big corporation and government regulation, but it also hurts healthy and diverse economic growth by hindering agricultural job opportunity, commodity variety and recreational opportunities for consumers. This would hurt hardworking Americans and incentivize the top one percent. It contradicts "going green" by causing inadequate and inefficient corporation regulation of natural resources. It also indirectly contradicts the democracy our country was founded on and strongly encourages fascist-like property and natural resource take over. As a young American whose family would be directly affected by this bill, I strongly oppose it.
