I wholeheartedly oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09. This bill is a heavy detriment to conservation and private property rights on individuals and agricultural assets. The passing of this rule risks not only long term ecological health of affected areas caused by overwhelming government regulation, but hurts healthy economic growth of agricultural job opportunities and commodity variety and recreational opportunities for consumers. This rule hurts hardworking Americans and incentivizes the top 1%. It contradicts “going green” by causing inadequate government regulation of natural resources. It also contradicts the democracy our country was founded on and strongly encourages Fascist property and natural resource take over. I strongly oppose this rule.
