NACs totally destroy private property rights and national sovereignty. They are unconstitutional as they take control away from the people. They would strip US citizens of the liberty and freedoms for which blood has been spilt by our military heroes since the “shot heard around the world.” NACs could single-handed destroy our nation by allowing enemies foreign and from within to gain the upper hand in our country. Of all the states in the union, Wyoming is probably the most vulnerable to the destructive influences of NACs.
