I am opposed to the sale of federally controlled public lands to National Assets Companies and multinational corporations. Such sales would be outside of any Constitutional authority. The sale of Federal lands should be decided by Congress, not by unelected bureaucrats or multinational corporations. The public has not been properly informed of the consequences of the proposed policy and such policy would be an usurpation of the sovereignty of the people of the United States to decide the fate of their public lands, and, as such, would be an act of treason against the sovereignty of the people.
