I'm in agreement with Frank Gaffney and attach his comments as also representing my and our organization's opinion with an amendment: "The proposed rule on Natural Asset Companies is unconstitutional and it: infringes on Americans' property rights and states' rights; involves fraudulent accounting; and invites foreign powers to exercise control over the use of public lands, water and even air -- including hostile ones like the Chinese Communist Party." I reiterate: This rule is wholly unconstitutional and, as such, must be rejected utterly by the Commission.
