I Oppose SR-NYSE-2024-02 as I believe it would create a situation where control of Americas natural resources and lands would come under control of private entities and would inhibit private individuals and small companies ability to access American public resources and lands for recreation and business. Furthermore SR-NYSE-20224-02 would allow foreign entities unprecedented control and use of American resources.
