I believe that the sacrificing of national sovereignty, eminent domain of a nation , and private property rights is not in the best interest of the current owners or residents of any region within the United States. It is not in the perview of any entity to take these rights under any pretense of protecting the land, air or water but otherwise a means to an end for those using illegal means to justify their own actions. We are not concerned about the greater good and do not sanction the stripping of rights and resources from those who now possess these lands and resources thus delegating these rights without any due process, which is contrary to any legal purchasing agreement of all parties and within the legal framework of local municipalities. This ruling and implementation should be subject to state and congressional approval and oversight, and also subject to periodic review and should also be put to a vote in every state prior to consideration.
