Please deny the creation of natural asset companies to be traded on the NYSE. Many tools are being implemented to improve environmental impacts of ag use such as no till, natural grasses restoration, and farming select crops which restore nutrients to the land. These programs are operated and encouraged by the USDA. That is appropriate. But, the heavy hand of a private entity that could threaten the complete demise of an ag producer is wrong and actually goes against a sovereign right in our country -- private property rights. Please deny this request and preserve the rights of the individual land owner.
