I do not approve of this rule and or idea. I am concerned about conservation of natural resources and I do so because I give high priority to the freedom of land use, whether public or private, for the benefit, health, and wealth of individual Americans as they personally see fit. I do not want any government, government agency, corporation, or foreign entity of any kind to interfere with that ideal. This proposal by the SEC is a total disaster in addition to being a major threat to American sovereignty.
