I'm opposed to allowing the SEC make such a decision with far-reaching implications in public land management. The information publicly available is difficult to understand and the implications cloudy even though I have tried to research it diligently. Bypassing the legislative process eliminates the public voice weighing in on this matter. Do not allow financial interests to dictate public policy to this degree.
