It is an illegal land grab that will ultimately be upended in the courts. Stop creating ways to take away rights and property by monetizing noncompliance. The people of Wyoming stand with Rep. Hageman in her objection to this ruling that steals away property rights in addition to creating another level of bureaucracy to penalize the citizenry.
