I am very concerned, as a private land owner, for what this proposed rule will mean for my land and public lands I enjoy. For the US to maintain sovereignty this cannot be allowed. NO!! Do not pass this rule. Will be a disaster for all we Americans hold dear. It is wrong to try and monetize air, land, and water. One of the privileges we must protect in our nation is the right to own land, as Americans. Enemy nations will take advantage of this.
