This attempt to monetize nature is very suspicious. There is nothing in the description that dissolves a NAC that does a bad job. There is no clear accounting or measurement and the IEG Reporting Framework is proprietary and not transparent. This looks like a grab for assets and will cheat the citizens by squeezing money out of national natural resources for corporate benefit. Pretty words hide accountants and consultants who will drain the value out of our heritage - public lands. Independent corporations should have no say in how our resources are used.
