As an American citizen, empowered by the United States Constitution to provide rule and guidance to those chosen by The People to conduct governmental and regulatory affairs of the government, and as those chosen by the People do not have any mandate or right to to usurp the people as the valid power behind the government, I declare and demand that the proposal to form Natural Asset Companies for the control and illegitimate sale of natural resources be null and void in submission to and in accordance with the Constitution of the United States and that the United States Congress take appropriate action to affirm this in the name of The People of the United States. Both Government and business Corporations have purpose only in that they serve the people. According to the U.S Constitution, the rights therein, including life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness shall not be infringed upon, especially by the very instrument designed to protect them, and certainly not at the hands of transient and passing groups and institutions such as business enterprises that are NOT enshrined in the Constitution. Americans shall not be subject to the illegitimate appropriation of what they have Divine claim to as stewards of Creation. That stewardship role shall be fulfilled in accordance with the Divine decree that all men are created equal and attempts to circumvent this will only bring chaos, division and in the end, war. Those who propose the establishment of these Natural Asset Companies show a dangerous lack of wisdom and vision in the light of the history we all share as humans. This proposal is but another attempt at authoritarian rule in order to accomplish only what genuine efforts at consensus can. Nullify this proposal now.
