The NAC scheme will threaten property rights and our public lands by restricting land use, cause food shortages use all while benefiting those "Wall Street" companies,and foreign investors. The Federal Government benefits by increasing their coffers for more wasteful inflationary spending. The citizens of The United States will lose the benefit of the natural resources, timber, mining, fossil fuel production, food production and recreation access while enriching a few, including Communist China, Russia, Middle East countries and other foreign adversaries. Natural Asset Companies under the guise of zero emission and conservation, which will never be accomplished as long as humans and animal exist, only creates monopolies and eliminate the United States from a status of first world country.
