This is an behind an incredibly bold scheme by the Rockefellers that would not only give elites massive control over everything, but also create the ability for them to make trillions of dollars and steal every penny we have via a phony capitalization of government. It’s the Great Green Grift, it’s underway and the goal is to make a wilderness and make it pay. The latest Rockefeller maneuver is intentionally complicated but at the heart of it is a land scam the family has been using for decades now. It all starts with the fact land has multiple values. Some people want to it produce its fruits and earn income. Other people want it to build upon and create capital assets. Governments need it for purposes of providing community infrastructure. Still others want it for recreational pursuits such as hiking, hunting, fishing or mere scenic beauty. This multiplicity of uses has resulted in what are known as split estates common in the oil and gas regions where landowner frequently sell properties but retain mineral rights. Many of Pennsylvania’s state lands, for instance, were acquired long ago on the cheap but the owners retained the mineral rights, so we now have drilling occurring on some of those lands. Over the last several decades a new version of this has taken place in the form of conservation easements where a landowner will sell or donate such easements to a government or a conservation group such as The Nature Conservancy while retaining title to the land itself and the enjoyment or use of it for certain passive activities, including agriculture, recreation and timbering; the easement simply limits the uses to the desires of its receiver. Easements having perceived conservation values to the general public have a theoretical value that can usually be appraised and when donated to a government or non-profit tax-exempt entity become valuable tax write-offs. This function has been utilized to the hilt by the Rockefeller family, which has several times done this with huge properties in Upstate New York. It has bought land at very low prices, had it appraised at very high values for development purposes and then donated the difference by use of a conservation easement to the State of New York to claim big write-offs that effectively pay for the land and allow it still be used for those activities for which the family bought it in the first place. There are many other aspects to the scam but that’s generally how you make a wilderness and make it pay. The Rockefeller Foundation, together with several of its partners, political allies and shills, now wants to take this all several notices with what can only be described as the Great Green Grift. It is pushing this new dangerous idea called the Natural Assets Company (NAC). The money in this case will come from conservation easements transformed into companies, utilizing a whole new accounting system to inflate values and increase write-offs for land-purchasing elites such as Bill Gates and the Rockefellers. Moreover, these companies will, if authorized by the SEC, be able to create such faux value on not only their own land but other land they manage, including state and Federal land. Management a/k/a control to stop anything that’s not “sustainable” (that which elites do not approve, including oil and gas drilling) is effectively converted into an asset and trillions are turned into quadrillions. That isn’t even the worst of it, though. NAC accounting rules will also, through a companion piece of work by the increasingly totalitarian Biden Administration, be used to theoretically raise the values of all Federal land. It will become a phony justification for ever more debt; unconscionable debt that will claim every last penny of our assets and those of generations to come when it all collapses in a heap and our wealth is stolen to appease the creditors. We’ll own nothing and be incredibly unhappy, but elites will have theirs, of course, and they’ll be in control of the land. Property ownership by the common man will be a thing of the past for most of us. We will their serfs or slaves and that’s the plan. Reject this terrible idea!
