I am very concerned about this new asset class. Please consider the effect this could have on federal, state, and even private lands. We need to keep our United States lands free from non-friendly investors, such as foreign actors and foreign governments. A virtual asset with arbitrary values assigned is not the way to do business or investing within our system of laws. Please protect the rights of Americans.
