I strongly appose this. It's my understanding the new rule/rules regarding this proposal will directly affect private land owners in regards to usage of their land. Example: Raptor nests and game wintering grounds are protected for a distance of 1 mile? What about the private lands that butt up to BLM ground. These rules will shut down a huge percentage of energy and agriculture. Is this what we want for the country right now? No food, no power for most of the country? Not only that, how is it that foreign investors/corporations are allowed to exploit public lands for profit. Please do not go through with this proposal. This will destroy this country.I do think public lands should be protected but not at the expense of the livelihood of the people that support this country!
