I strongly oppose this proposed rule change. You threaten our rights as American Citizens and promised by our constitution to own land and be the authority of our property. We should not be beholden to any government agency to pursue life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. God gave us the land and the natural resources to use as a blessing to us. Not to the government to decide.
