This plan to tie up natural resources is Fascist! It weaponizes Government Hand in Hand with Business to push the Eco Tyranny of Carbon Credits! It is Unconstitutional. It will destroy public access to public lands and violates Multi Use for public lands. It is a back door run around to further the Environmentalist's attacks on camping, fishing, hunting, and all other forms of recreation on our Public Lands. It is an attack on things like ranching or mining on Public Lands. It is an attack on the ability to manage our Forests and harvest lumber. It is tyranny seeking to destroy our ability to use our Public Lands all together. I live in Utah, a State where most of the land is Public Lands. This will destroy the ability to access those lands. Carbon Credits are a scam meant to fleece the American People. This is a plan put forth by the UN that hurts the sovereignty of our nation via the scam of Globalist Control by the UN to push a false Eco Narrative of Climate Change as a means of control and power. It is supported by Wall Street to increase their wealth at the expense of the rest of us. I am against this ESG push that seeks to use Unconstitutional NACs to completely transfer our nations resources into the hands of the few. This will harm our nation, our economy and our ability to use our resources. This is wrong. This is an attempt to bypass our legislative process to get something done through the tyranny of the Bureaucracy to try to create law through regulations that would not pass Legislative Muster. Do not move forward with this set of Regulations.
