This rule should not go forward. I am opposed to the monetization and trading of natural asset companies. Stock trading and financial markets are by definition for trading/buying/selling of businesses and companies that are for profit and have financial statements that are audited regularly. Allowing speculation and foreign traders to bid on natural asset companies is absurd and will just lead to drastic speculation and massive up/downs/losses and cause grave damage to that sector, not to mention manipulation. Many people are opposed this rule, please reverse it! Stop NYSE 2023-09.
