Passing this into law will cause masses of people to starve to death as well as other very cruel ways of death. Even more people will have the worst quality of life possibly in history. Passing this takes away people's rights that they rightfully and justly have on their own properties. Based on our own US constitution and declaration this is actually illegal to pass. Banning people on both public and private land from breathing, drinking water hiking camping and many many other things is so unjust and unmoral. It is so bad to even consider the passage of this law kicking people off their own land and other things I mentioned it's outright evil.
