I am firmly against NACs. The entire idea is well removed from the purpose of federal lands held for public use. Handing them over to Wall Street is an abysmal idea. Allowing Wall Street to apply arbitrary values as established by the United Nations stands in stark opposition to the entire reason for public lands.
