NO. I vehemently oppose this proposed rule. Decisions regarding the management of America’s natural resources should remain in the hands of the American people and those agencies answerable to the American people. This is a power grab by international entities and corporations and it circumvents the rightful power of the American people to have a voice in the management and use of our own lands (public and private), and is probably unconstitutional. This rule amounts to theft. I do not want America’s public lands, waters and even air sold to private interests, including foreign countries and hostile powers like the Chinese Communist Party, Russia and Iran, who could lock down our hydrocarbon-based fuels, our minerals, forests, waterways, recreation areas, etc. in the name of saving the environment. This is an obvious NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT! DO NOT sell out your country and fellow citizens! NACs would surrender federal lands and natural resources to large asset managers and foreign investors. A loud and resounding "NO" to corporate involvement and foreign investment in the stewardship and control of our federal lands. I suggest a thorough investigation of the SEC involvement in National Security Matters.
