I am totally against this program because it allows foreign nationals access to sovereign lands of the United States. It prevents productive use of our lands, such as farming, fishing, mining,manufacturing and distribution as well as living by U.S. citizens. It also strips the property rights of U.S. citizens. There is no reason that those who buy our land can actually conduct unsustainable activities under a foreign flag contrary to the license stipulations.
