When did the SEC and the NYSE become so ANTI-American!!! Do not allow this scheme to happen!!! Why are you giving away PUBLIC LANDS and resources to PRIVATE companies!!! I know they are currently leased under certain circumstances, but this goes beyond anything that is currently in place. This is just a way for someone to make MONEY!! This is all about MONEY not the freedom that we are declared to have in the US Constitution!!!
