I comment in support of the attached submission from the Attorneys General of States of Utah, Kansas, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming in opposition to this proposed rule for the reasons stated therein.
