I am opposed to the NYSE implementing SR- NYSE-2023-09. This rulemaking process is not authorized by law or statute. This is a travesty and complete anarchy as well as unconstitutional. To allow Companies to invest in our water, air, minerals, and other natural assets is taking away property rights from citizens. It is also an attack on the sovereignty of the United States to allow foreign ownership of American natural assets. This rule must not be approved. Thank you, Ed U
