To Whom it May Concern; I’m writing in regards to proposed actions in the state of Wyoming. The SEC and the NYSE have no legal authority over our natural resources, our air, our water or our land. We are citizens of the Republic of the United States of America and WE are who pay taxes on the land that we own and the public land we enjoy. This would not even be up for discussion had it been sent through congress and voted on in a legal manner. This proposal is clearly an agenda to enslave Americans and impede on our constitutional rights. Wyoming is not for sale. Respectfully, Misty Bluemel
