I find this proposal extremely concerning for the American Public and even our National Security. It's bad enough our private properties are being bought up by corporations and national interests for the sake of profit and water rights in the US given to foreign interests. This proposal seems like loss of but yet more US assets. This seems like a catalyst to raise costs even further, make access to prime lands exclusive to only the rich and allow a mechanism for foreign interests to buy rights to US public lands. Please do not allow this for the sake of the people.
