This is a defacto divestiture of the assets of the sovereign United States of America and all territories involved. Such an action would not occur through the actual processes required by the Constitution and the Congress, if the Congress was representing the citizens of the nation. The people involved in this attack on our sovereign nation and private property should be arrested for theft of said private property. Those who are in the government who have pledged to protect and defend the Constitution should be charged with dereliction of duty. This attack is part of the internal destruction of the United States of America by any means necessary. Using open borders, theft of private property, and acts such as the Langford Act intended to provide visas to illegal entrants to get work and stay. The citizens of America want this government-inflicted suicide of the country to stop. We have assets that are OURS, not YOURS to be sold. Potentially selling these assets to foreign nationals to control our resources is unconscionable! As the citizens pay $4 a gallon for gasoline, the foreign nationals would be able to drill OUR resources and sell OUR resources to others, not the US citizens! Stop this insane theft of OUR NATIONAL RESOURCES implied in this bill.
