I beseech you in the strongest terms possible that SEC disapprove the NYSE Proposed Rule Change to Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies for the following reasons: 1. Unconstitutional; 2. Must be approved by Congress; 3. Nothing stops private/foreigners to control NACs; 4. This only benefits the NYSE, IEG, UN Agenda over the rights of American citizens; 5. This is wrong on so many levels you could right a book dissecting the ethics, conflicts, ESG, etc. 6. Please don't approve !
