I am against this ruling. It can lead to subjective outcomes which could easily hurt land owners. If you want a sustainable, habitat rich land model I would suggest you talk to ranchers that have been on the land for 4,5, 6 generations, who also create income with hunting leases. That's a provable system, not one which is based on computer models that have been extremely unreliable.
