The NAC initiative is unconstitutional, an illegal action and just a bad idea. It's short and long term effects on the economy and society are all negative and only a very small ultra-wealthy few will benefit, along with our foreign enemies. The Chinese Communist Party supports this idea. That alone should be enough to kill it, but more importantly it is contrary to the spirit and the text of the US Constitution. The SEC has no authority and must not be allowed to establish the NACs.
