I am concerned about the impact of the proposed ruling causing harm to our economic system and ultimately damage to the people of this country. First of all the accounting for such is arbitrary and leaves too much open to interpretation. The proposal would take control of natural resources away from our government, allowing our resources to possibly being under the control of those who are enemies of our country and at the very least have no interest in the common good. How is it fair to monetize “Mother Nature”? Pull back the proposal to the SEC. This proposal is detrimental.
