I oppose the rule change that transfers control of American Natural Resources to investors through a new rule under consideration at the SEC. Only America should be controlling our resources not Natural Asset Companies. Congress should be involved in a policy such as this. Please do not implement the proposed SR-NYSE-2023-09 rule change amendment. Thanh you, David Coulter
