I am against the proposed rule Change to Amend the NYSE Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies. This proposed rule change is an infringement on private property rights as well as an infringement on public lands management best practices that have been long established, legally tested, and upheld by US Courts. Do not implement the proposed rule change.
