I oppose the ruling to create natural asset companies to have involvement in Conservation Properties. Furthermore, this is Voodoo Economics and similar to a taxation on creation itself. To regulate these resources for profit while extinguishing farming and cultivation use is appalling. What is even more appalling is to allow foreign corporations to control the property while providing a loop hole to allow for a "delisting". The delisting would allow said corporation to profit from land if certain minerals were found. Therefore, I am in direct opposition of this scheme.
