I am unalterably opposed to this rule (File No.SR-NYSE-2023-109) on the grounds that it would promote government takeover of both public and private property for reasons benefitting climate control fanatics who are set on enforcing the “green energy “ policies supported by out-of-control environmentalists. In addition, it appears to open the door to the sale and/or transfer of private and public property to foreign companies. There is enough of that going on now!
