The SEC, in no way should allow NACs to become exchange tradable securities! Just to read about them and how they would work and the damage that could be leveraged on our economy and natural assets (farming, mining, animal rangeland, etc.) is mind blowing. Not to mention the way they want to change the accounting system to accommodate their scheme. This is a horrendous idea and has to remain DOA. GOD created the land, air, water, everything and He has put man in control of it. All men, not a few who have weird ideas about how it should or should not be used. His plan has worked and is working for the good of all mankind. Leave it alone.
