I strongly feel the proposed rule will adversely affect mining, energy and agricultural practices in our region. I am against all avenues whether direct or indirect of federal agencies gaining power to control access to individual or counties assets or property rights! And most definitely NOT international monetary manipulation! This bill is saturated with indirect manipulation of our resources!!
