This is an unprecedented action that is not in keeping with the fact that public lands in the United States should not belong to any private interest. These are lands, water, and natural minerals that should be open to all americans and not regulated, shut-down or exploited by private interests. This also is a gateway to allow foreign governments, even hostile governments, to began to oversee, shutdown and exploit the public lands in the U.S., thereby creative a definite national security risk. I am TOTALLY OPPOSED to the creation of national asset companies and I request the comment period to be extended.
