Private property rights are enshrined in our Constitution. The whole concept of Natural Asset Companies is outrageous and an infringement on both private property rights, farming company rights, and our state and local municipal governments' rights. Approval of these publicly exchanged corporations would surely lead to scarcity in food and a rise in the price of food. It is simply unAmerican and agenda driven. The research is not there to support it either and it would be a grand experiment that the American people do not deserve. Please do NOT approve these proposed rules.
