We oppose Rule SR-NYSE-2023-09. We do not want our country’s public and private land and water sold to private interests. We oppose the creation of Natural Asset Companies. NACs would prevent the productive use of land which would hurt land owners financially, but also reduce the supply of food and other goods that come from our land and water. Our land and water would belong to corporations or perhaps foreign investors and not belong to the American people.
