These proposed Natural Asset Companies (NACs) are contrary to the fundamental principles of the United States of America, especially the right to the individual ownership and management of Private Property. Moreover, the invention of artificial values of 'sustainability', 'ecology', and other non-transferrable intangibles violates all established principles of accounting and resource management. Please do not allow the establishment of NACs.
